How it started
John Kiama has been building websites and running marketing since 2004. Along the way he's also been the customer. Renovations, repairs, landscaping, a bit of small building work.
He kept seeing the same thing from both sides of the fence. Good tradies losing jobs to average ones. Not because of the work. Because the good tradie didn't pick up, didn't call back, or had a website that told you nothing.
The average tradie wasn't better. He was faster to reply and easier to find.
So John built a system that does the replying and the being found, and rents it to trades for one monthly price. That's Local Demand Partners.
What we think about marketing
Most of it is more complicated than it needs to be. A tradie needs to be found, to answer, and to follow up. That's the job. Everything else is extra.
Speed wins more jobs than skill. The first tradie to reply usually gets the quote. The system replies in under 60 seconds so that's you.
