Pricing

The basics a trade business needs to grow, without the extras you don't need yet. When you've got room for more work, add what brings it in faster.

For most trades, one extra job a month covers it. It's a business expense, so ask your accountant about claiming it.

What each part actually does

Your website and Google listing

Homeowners find you, like what they see, and ring you.

  • A beautiful website that shows off the work you do.
  • Your photos, reviews and story up front, so you look like the real deal and win the job.
  • 10 to 20 pages. One for each service and suburb, so Google shows you where you work.
  • Your Google Maps listing set up and linked to your site.
  • Tap to call and a short form on every page, loading fast on a phone.
  • We keep it running, safe and up to date. Need a change? Send a text. Most are done within one working day.

Missed call text back

The call you missed on the ladder still becomes a job.

  • Miss a call, and a text goes out in under 60 seconds. "Sorry we missed you. What do you need done?"
  • They reply. The conversation lands in your inbox. You've got the job before the next tradie picks up.
  • Every text saved in your inbox, with the time, so you can check.

Follow-ups and campaigns

Everything you need to chase every enquiry and win more work from past customers. Set up and ready to use.

  • Every enquiry and quote that doesn't book straight away gets followed up automatically, until they're ready to go ahead.
  • Send text and email campaigns to your customer list whenever you want, from the same inbox your enquiries land in. They only go to customers who've agreed to hear from you, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
  • Fill a quiet week, push a new service, or bring back customers you haven't seen in a year. Ready-made campaigns are written for trades, like seasonal reminders, past customer check-ins and referral requests. You never start from a blank page.
  • No email platform to pay for, no list to export, and no subscription that climbs as your customer list grows. It's all in the one monthly price.

More Google reviews

Every happy customer becomes the reason the next one picks you.

  • Job done, every customer gets a text with a one-tap link to review you on Google.
  • If someone's not happy, you hear about it straight away, so you can sort it out.
  • Your best reviews show on your website, right where homeowners are deciding.

Step 2. When you've got room for more work

Then add an accelerator

The Jobs Engine brings in steady work on its own. When you've got room for more, add an accelerator. These are extras that bring in more work, faster. Every accelerator runs on the Jobs Engine. We don't sell them on their own. Add them at the start or later, month to month.

Paid Ads

Get in front of homeowners at the moment they're ready to spend. Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), or both.

  • Google Ads. $990 a month. $1,000 one-off setup.

  • Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). $1,320 a month. $1,000 one-off setup.

  • Both. $2,200 a month. $1,500 one-off setup. Cheaper than running the two on their own.

Ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta.

SEO

Your system gets you on Google. SEO gets you higher, in your suburbs or your whole city.

  • Local SEO. $600 a month. Show up higher on Google Maps in the suburbs you work.

  • Full SEO. $1,200 a month. Show up higher on Google across your city, and in Google's AI answers.

No setup fee. Expect 3 to 6 months before it moves.

How it works

  1. 1

    Demo call.

We show you the system working. You ask the hard questions. If it's not for you, we'll say so.

  2. 2

We build it. 7 to 10 working days.

You fill in a short form. We build the site, set up the system, connect it all and test it.

  3. 3

    Launch call.

We walk you through it. From then on it's mostly pressing a button or two.

The deal

  • No setup fee on Jobs Engine
  • No lock-in. Month to month.
  • No shared leads. Your enquiries are yours.
  • No hidden costs
  • You own the website, the domain and your data
  • Your website rebuilt at no cost after two years with us

Questions about the price

Is GST included?

Yes. $385 is the number you pay.

Are changes and hosting extra?

No. Keeping your site running, safe and up to date is in the monthly price. So are changes. No change requests, no surprise invoices. Urgent? Call us.

What happens if I leave?

Tell us any time before your next billing date, and it stops then. Your website, domain, photos, customer list and reviews are yours to take. The texts, follow-ups, campaigns and review requests stop, because that's the part we run. No exit fee, no "cancellation period".

How is the ads fee worked out?

It's flat up to $6,000 of spend a channel. Spend $3,000 a month on Google Ads and you pay $990. Spend $8,000 and you're $2,000 over the line, so 10% of that is $200 and you pay $1,190. There's a calculator on the Paid Ads page. Ad spend itself goes to Google, not us.

Do I have to add an accelerator?

No. Most tradies start with the Jobs Engine on its own. Add an accelerator when you want more work than it brings in. Drop it at the end of any month.

Is SEO slow?

Yes. Three to six months before you see it move, sometimes longer in a crowded suburb. That's why it's an accelerator and not in the core plan.

What if you miss the 10 working days?

Your first month is free. The clock starts when your setup form is in, so the faster you fill it in, the sooner it starts.
